1. Kindly note that 'Client' refers to the customer representing and/or paying for the booking. 'Company' refers to Urban Rhythms Tours Adventures and Travel Sdn Bhd whereas 'Operator' refers to the companies that supply a component of the product or service offered by the Company.
2. Upon booking confirmation of reservation the Client is required to pay a 30% non-negotiable, non-refundable and non-transferable deposit within seven (7) working days failing which the Company reserves the right to release all bookings without any prior notice. Deposits are not refundable in whole or in part and cannot be brought forward and / or used for future bookings. The Client will not hold the Company liable for any claims that may arise as a result.
3. All guests are required to produce their identity cards or valid passports upon check-in at Sri Sutera Lodge. Non-Malaysian nationalities must produce their valid international passports upon check-in. In compliance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA), Sri Sutera Lodge will only collect information that is relevant and required. Similar requirements apply to Sabah Parks where the Company and its Operators are required to submit climbers' details together with a copy of their identity cards or valid passports.

The cancellation policy for this adventure is determined by the Operator. A small administration fee is chargeable by the Company upon cancellation of a confirmed booking.

1. 60% of total booking if cancelled 30 days or more prior to tour date
2. 75% of total booking if cancelled 15-29 days prior to tour date
3. 85% of total booking if cancelled 2-14 days prior to tour date
4. 100% of total booking if no-show or if cancelled within 24 hours prior to tour date
